A great introduction to mosaics!
 

Gaia Works Mosaics is happy to offer a beginners mosaic class. Each student will learn the beautiful craft of mosaic and create their own works of art.

Discover your own creativity and find your individual style in a fun, inspiring and creative environment. Creating mosaics is an art form that offers a creative outlet and doesn't require a previous art/craft background.

About the class

You will learn the basic techniques of tile setting and grouting.  We will also discuss mosaic design, the different types of tiles, cutting methods, adhesives, grouts, finishing and safety tips.  You will leave with your own original mosaic creation!

Sunshine Coast Art Centre -  5714 Medusa in Sechelt (directions)
 

March 25th – April 29th (6 week class once a week, every Wednesday).
6:00pm - 9:00 pm. Class size limited to 8 people.

Cost

Tuition for this 6 week class is $180.00 (plus GST) and includes all materials and supplies.
